Intended Use

cTnl is releases rapidly into blood stream soon after the onset of acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Leves of cTnl remains elevated for up to 6-10 days. The level of cTnl is below 0.06ng/ml in average in health people, and also not detected in the pastients with skeletal muscle injury. Therefore,cTnl is a specific marker for diagnosis of AMI patients. The rapid Troponin I test is a Gold Immunochromatography Assay for the qualitative determination of cnl human serum or plasma.

Specimen Requirement

1. Collect venous blood into container without anticoagulant acording bto the standard method. Separate serum or plasma for testing,

2. If the specimen cannot be tested on the day of collection, store the serum or plasma specimen in a refrigerator or freezer.

3.Bring the specimen to room tempreture before testing. Do not freeze the specimen repeatedly.

Storage and Expiry

Store at room tempreture, avoid hot and sunshine ,dry place,not frozen,valid for 24 months

Test Procedure

1. Instruction must be read entirely before taking the test. Place the regent at room tempreture for 30 mins before use . Don not open the inner packaging before not ready, it must be used in one hour if opened.

2.Test procedure

Caseette: Takke off outer packing, using a pipeette vertically drop 2 drops(100ul) specimen into the circular groove of cassette woth S.

3.Wait 10-20 minutes and result. Do not read read results after 20 minutes.
